This Committee was formed on December 1, 2003.Purpose:
To develop an affordable Housing Plan for Planned Production Regulation that meets the state requirement.
Responsibilities:
Develop a written affordable housing plan to submit to the state, which includes a needs assessment, affordable housing goals and an affordable housing strategy. Obtain input from town departments and town residents on the specifics to be included in the plan.
Representation as follows: One from Select Board, One from the Planning Board, One from Council On Aging, One from Conservation Commission, One from the Housing Authority, One from the Housing Partnership, and One Member-At-Large.
