NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ADJUST THE QUORUM REQUIREMENT AT THE JUNE 23, 2025 GROTON SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
Pursuant to Section 15 of Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022, as extended by Section 4 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025, the Select Board of the Town of Groton will hold a public meeting on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 6:15 p.m., in the Second Floor Meeting Room of the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA to consider, in consultation and with the approval of the Town Moderator, an adjustment of the quorum requirement for the June 23, 2025 Special Town Meeting. The quorum requirement may be adjusted to not less than the 10 percent of the number required by the Groton General Bylaws. Members of the public will be able to attend the Board’s meeting.
