On Tuesday, July 5, 2022 Mass Housing found the Heritage Landing application to build a MGL 40B project eligible.
The developer proposes to build forty (40) homeownership units on 15.50 acres of land located on Cow Pond Brook
Road. Of those forty (40) units, ten (10) units will be made affordable to low or moderate income persons or families. For more details, please read the MassHousing Letter.
With this approval from MassHousing, the developer is now free to submit a comprehensive permit application to Groton’s Zoning Board of Appeals. Once a comprehensive permit application has been received, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing within thirty (30) days.
