Nashoba Associated Boards of Health 2026 Vaccine Clinics
NABH is doing 10 clinics with Westminster Pharmacy and 5 with Ayer-Pepperell Family Pharmacy this year.
Vaccines available will be flu, COVID, and RSV.
There are a couple of different registration processes depending on the person’s age, insurance status, and the pharmacy administering a clinic.
The flyers specify these processes, and a simple registration flow chart is attached which will also be included in the FAQ!
- NABH ARE able to vaccinate the younger crowd this year (6 months+- yay!) and the uninsured for flu and COVID.
- For ALL clinics, children under 5 and uninsured residents will be registered onsite by NABH staff.
For all other attendees:
- Westminster Pharmacy has a pre-registration process via JotForm. Pre-registration is preferred but walk-ins will also be accepted as supplies last. Their pre-registration includes an insurance card and ID photo upload section. We will still have a copier onsite for walk-ins and those who did not upload their cards.
- Ayer-Pepperell Family Pharmacy does NOT have a pre-registration process; their clinics will be walk-in, with a pen and paper registration*. *Children under 12 for COVID vaccine will be registered onsite by NABH staff at Ayer-Pepperell clinics.
- Like previous years, homebound residents looking for a vaccination can call our office at 978-772-3335 and we will work with our pharmacy partners to get them vaccinated. NABH usually do homebound vaccines in November after regular clinics have concluded.
