Housing Production Plan Presentation

Please attend (or watch the Groton Channel broadcast) to learn more about Groton’s new Housing Production Plan. Planner Zach Kay will make a presentation before the Planning Board at their regularly scheduled meeting. He will share new housing and demographic information. Also, there will be results from the town wide survey conducted in the spring.
The Montachusett Regional Planning Commission is helping Groton prepare a new Housing Production Plan. The Commonwealth wants communities to update their Plans every 5 years.
