2025 Dog Registration Information
As a reminder, all dogs must be registered by March 1st, according to Chapter 128 of the Code of the Town of Groton. Dogs registered after that date will bea ssessed a late fee of $10. After June 1st, the late fee will be $15, in addition to the registration fee. Persons aged 70 years or over are exempt from the registration fee only. All other fees (such as a late fee) shall apply. If your dog has been classified as a “dangerous dog”, please contact the Town Clerk.
