Real Estate and Personal Property Bills

For Real Estate, Personal Property, Water District Taxes or Stormwater Utility Fee you may pay by either Electronic Check or Credit Card. If using an eCheck, there is no convenience fee. If paying by MasterCard or Visa, there will be a 3.2% convenience fee that will be added to your payment. The fee for your payment will be displayed before you finalize the transaction. This will allow you to see the cost of using the credit card and will give you the opportunity to cancel the transaction if you wish.

As of July 1, 2013 all payments for real estate, personal property, water district and excise taxes, will be sent to the following address for processing.

When paying your bill online, you will incur a $0.50 processing fee for all eCheck payments.

If you do not want to pay online, you may order in person at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours and pay in person. Mail orders are also accepted.

When paying your bill online, please note there is a $0.50 processing fee assessed for all eCheck payments.

For Town Clerk Documents, only Visa, Master Card or Discover are accepted.
